The interview process involved multiple stages, starting from an initial contact and progressing to meetings with key personnel up to the general director level. There was a clear and honest presentation of the opportunity. The company is well-organized and operates with a multinational structure. No external recruitment agencies were used. Throughout the process, there was a noticeable respect for individuals.

So they only gave feedback on the job three months later. Horrible! I don't recommend it and I won't participate in any more recruitment processes from this company!!! Slow stages, completely unprepared HR! Between the back and forth of job postings we receive, one appeared, I read the requirements and qualifications, it seemed interesting and coherent, I went to see the details to apply and beyond the registration stages.

The interview process was split into 4 parts: an initial HR call, then another HR call via Teams, followed by a content interview with the product owner team lead, and finally a meeting with the department head which could lead to an offer. I had previously applied 2 years ago for a similar role and was stopped at the first HR screening due to salary expectations mismatch. I've been contacted regularly since then for other positions, but all ended due to salary issues. This last time, HR confirmed the budget aligned with my desired salary, so I proceeded with the Product Owner role interview. However, I was rejected after the third step (which took a long time, 2-3 weeks between contacts). The interview with the product owner team lead was easy, with no methodological questions, only about my ability to interact with technical people. I got positive feedback from him. 24 days later, I still hadn't heard from HR, so I emailed them to ask if it was a long process or a rejection. I received an automatic email stating they were not moving forward with my application. So, I consider any future evaluation for this company closed.

The interview was quick and unprofessional. The recruiter started the call without introducing herself and didn't show interest in my experiences or skills, immediately focusing on salary expectations. The conversation ended quickly without a real deep dive into my profile, making the interview feel like a mere economic check. Moreover, this recruiter has contacted me several times over the last three years without ever providing concrete feedback on my CV. In the past, I also sent an email to request an update on my application, but I never received a response. If the only interest is salary, it would be appropriate to state it in the job posting, avoiding wasting the time of candidates looking for real job opportunities. As far as I'm concerned, I do not intend to apply for other roles at this company.
