Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edenred.
Intern
Fui bem acolhida durante todo o processo, que teve duas etapas: uma com o RH e outra com o gestor. Ao ser contratada, a recepção continuou excelente. No geral, foi uma experiência de seleção e contratação positiva.
- What was your biggest challenge?
Intern
First, there was a presentation where everyone had to make a PPT about themselves in a room with other candidates. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with HR where they asked me about myself, my future, my aspirations, my experience, and my college, and so on.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Intern
The process started at 8:40 AM and ended at 12:30 PM. It began with the recruiter explaining about the company. Next, we (candidates) presented our projects on a topic chosen by the company. After the presentations, we moved on to solving a case study. Finally, all candidates had an individual interview with the managers. A negative point was that because I gave a very complex presentation, the managers thought I hadn't done it myself. To make matters worse, because I am a woman studying humanities, they assumed my boyfriend did the presentation.
- Why do you want to leave your current company?
