First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edenred.
Inside Sales
It was a group interview for interns, involving a business case and self-introduction. There was also a personal business case in addition to the group one. Overall, it was a challenging environment, but after a few months of internship, the position wasn't for me – too static and sales-focused.

Sales Representative
The HR department was very kind, the process was well-organized and allowed for discussion. The atmosphere was welcoming and attentive. I didn't proceed because I received a better offer, but I recommend it.
- What is your ideal work environment?
Inside Sales
The HR and hiring manager were really nice and approachable. I had a short phone call, then a 1-hour interview with HR and another 1-hour interview with the manager. They made it sound like I was basically hired and promised to let me know either way. Well, that didn't happen. Weeks went by and nobody contacted me. I texted them, but got no response. I was really put off by this, it says a lot about how much they value respect. Better this way, I guess!
- Could you tell us about your past experiences?
- How did you handle a difficult situation?
- Why are you interested in working at Edenred?
