Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edenred.
Assistant Manager
The process was pretty straightforward and simple. There were 3 rounds in total. They explained the process well beforehand so I knew what to expect. It included an HR round and an interview with the manager. The office location was a bit out of the way, but otherwise, it was fine.
- Can you tell me about your background and basic HR-related information?
- Could you describe your previous work experience and responsibilities?
Bid Manager
Submitted an application online, then about 10 days later got a quick call from HR. After that, had a video interview with the HR manager, the operations manager, and the HR specialist. Then, another video interview with the department head. Finally, a video interview with the national director of the department. The whole process from first contact to offer took about 5-6 weeks.
- What motivated your application to Edenred?
Business Manager
The HR team did a great job with the process. They were clear in the information they gave and showed a lot of respect and commitment to me as a candidate. I would recommend this process.
- What are your expectations?
- What is your sales profile?
- Tell me about your past experiences.
