Business Development Manager
First, I had a phone call with the recruiter, and then one meeting with the manager. I got some challenging questions, but received a proposal right after. No need for a meeting with the Sales Director or any assessment.

Business Development Manager
I was recruited via LinkedIn and then proceeded to an HR stage, followed by a peer interview. After that, I interviewed with the direct manager for the role. In that context, given the needs of the role, they asked for an action plan to achieve results. I explained each item of my plan and each KPI indicated.
- What are the strengths of my sales profile?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- What might frustrate you at the start of the job and how would you handle it?
Business Development
I was invited by a recruiter for an interview at Edenred. Even though I am a starter, I was invited for a position that requires 3-5 years of experience. I mentioned this to the recruiter, but they said they see a lot of potential in my profile. During the interview, it quickly became clear that the hiring manager was indeed looking for an experienced person and hadn't even taken the time to review my profile beforehand. The manager offered me other uninteresting positions, but I did not accept them.
