Stage Marketing
1 call for info, then a call with the manager: presentation and a small case study (analysis of email marketing data), then a call with the director, then a HR call to validate the terms.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Marketing Executive
First, there was a video submission, then a phone call. After that, I had an assignment and presentation, which was followed by an interview and a final HR interview. The assignment involved creating a sample social media strategy and presenting it. The interview questions were based on the assignment I presented. The interviewers were kind and helpful.
- What novel strategies can be employed to foster community growth?
Marketing
So, first I had this phone interview, it was like 30 mins with 2 people from the team. After that, they invited me to their office for like an hour-long interview. There was this quick copywriting thing where I had to fix spelling and grammar on a page of text. Then, the HR person popped in for like 5 mins of rapid questions. The main part was with the same two people I spoke to on the phone, and then the Head of Marketing came in at the end for about 10 mins to interview me.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Edenred?
- What makes you want to pursue a marketing role?
