Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Edenred.
Senior Analyst
The hiring process included a few steps. It started with a WhatsApp message, followed by a chat with HR, then a discussion with the manager. After that, there was a Case presentation for the area manager, and the final step was a chat with the superintendent.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Analyst
The interview was very clear and objective. Furthermore, the recruiter showed concern for the candidate's well-being throughout the process and was always very quick to resolve any doubts. One of the best hiring processes I've ever participated in.
- Tell me about your knowledge and professional background, career goals, and education.
- What is your professional history?
- What are your career objectives?
Analyst
Applied for the job, and the HR contacted me pretty quickly via email to set up an interview. However, before we even started, the HR mentioned that while my profile looked good, there wasn't anyone available to supervise me, even though I could show I could handle the work independently. So, they basically turned down my application but still decided to proceed with the interview. It was a temporary contract, and the job posting mentioned that 'experience would be a plus,' and I felt I had the right qualifications and experience. It would have been more professional to just reject my application outright instead of scheduling an interview and wasting time.
- Were there any HR questions about your personality or past experiences?
