Procurement
I connected with this role through an agency recruiter. The process involved a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person panel interview that lasted about 1.5 hours total. One of the panel members didn't show up. The people were nice, but the department structure and the team's current state seemed really chaotic for what should be straightforward solutions. After what I thought was the final interview, they just went silent. I haven't gotten a response to my emails or phone calls, and the compensation range they mentioned was below market.

Scrum Master
I went through two rounds for the Senior Scrum Master position, coordinated by Manpower agency. Initially, they seemed professional. But the whole experience with the client and agency was disappointing. After the first interview, I was promised feedback within a week, but it took almost four weeks of delays because the hiring manager wasn't giving feedback. After the final round, I waited another week to hear that Domino's chose someone else. Strangely, the same job was posted again by Manpower a week later, with a salary about 30-35% lower than first told. To top it off, another recruiter from Manpower contacted me on LinkedIn for the same role. When I told them I'd already interviewed but might be open to trying again, they just stopped responding. The whole thing took 2.5 months (June to August 2025) for just two rounds. They didn't stick to feedback timelines, leaving me waiting for weeks. Salary discussions were inconsistent and unclear, with the budget dropping significantly. There was poor coordination between Domino's and Manpower, as the role was reposted quickly and different recruiters didn't know about previous candidates. This whole thing made me question the transparency and professionalism of both Domino's and Manpower. It felt like my time wasn't valued. My advice is for management to improve hiring coordination, give feedback on time, and communicate consistently, especially about budgets and candidate status, to keep their professional image.
- Can you describe real-time Scrum Master scenarios and provide answers for situational-based questions?
Chauffeur Livreur

Cashier
It was a chill chat, not stressful at all. Everyone was super nice, like the staff and the folks interviewing me. The manager sat down with me and asked about things like how I handle customers, what I do when things get hectic, how I work with others, and just general work stuff like when I can work and what jobs I've had before.
