First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Domino's.
Intern
The entire process was online. I sent my resume via email and they quickly scheduled an interview. The interview was conducted over WhatsApp and was very relaxed, almost like a conversation. The interviewer was very kind and understanding. They asked basic questions about my availability to move, my expected graduation year, and my foreign language skills. Part of the interview was conducted entirely in English.
- Tell me about a successful case you were involved in.
Intern
I got a request for a phone interview and scheduled it right away. It took them over three weeks to get back to me. The interviewer said they got a lot more applications than usual, which slowed things down. The first phone interview was pretty basic, with just a few behavioral questions. Even though my experience with Domino's wasn't great, I know some friends who got internships there and really liked it.
- What makes you want to intern at Domino's?
Intern
I applied online and a few weeks later, a recruiter called me for a behavior based phone interview. After that went well, they invited me for an in person interview at the Ann Arbor Headquarters. It was about 2 hours long and I met with 2 team leaders. It was mostly behavior and knowledge based, like a conversation, not really Q and A. I heard back about 2 weeks later with an offer.
- Were all questions mainly behavior based?
