It was a casual chat mainly about my availability and how reliably I could get to work. We just went into the back of the kitchen. The manager was a bit slow to reply to messages beforehand.
- How would you commute to work?
Team Member
First, get to know the company. What do they do? What are one or two cool projects they’ve done? What makes you interested in them? Then, understand the role. What kind of work will you be doing? What skills are they looking for (e.g., teamwork, AutoCAD, soil testing)? Make sure to print stuff. Bring 1–2 printed copies of your CV and cover letter, neatly in a folder.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Team Member
First, you'll fill out a form, then they'll ask you to talk about yourself. After that, they might ask why you want to join and about your clothing size. You'll then get an email about when you can start.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
- What size clothes do you wear?
