The manager asked me general questions about how to deal with customers. They also asked about how I work in general. I was also asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I was hired on the spot because they really needed more customer service reps.

It was a pretty simple interview where they hit me with general scenario questions, like asking me to pick the best course of action from a few choices. There was also a quiz with multiple-choice questions focused on cleaning skills and how to talk to customers, basically to check if I was prepared.
