After applying, I had phone interviews with a hiring Director who has been with the company for over 25 years. It was a very thorough and professional process that seemed very effective. The interviewer was very nice and asked questions that made me feel like I would be valued as an employee for the company.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had prior experience as a GM for a franchise owner, but the process with Corporate Domino's was different. I had an initial 1 on 1 interview with an Area Manager, and then I was considered for the GM role when a store opened up. They requested a 30/60/90 day plan covering aspects like marketing, service, image, training, and staffing. We also talked about issues particular to the specific store, and I was asked for real examples of how I've dealt with customer service problems, employee issues, and operational challenges in the past.

The interview process went overall well. Has three to four steps. First I met with the store manager. That overall went well. He explained the operations of the store and showed me around. Then came the second interview with the MCO. That interview led me to evaluating the store on a busy night. After reviewing the store that night I was told to email him and tell him about my impression. From there I had an interview with the DCO.
