Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Domino's.
Delivery Driver
I had an in-person interview. It was pretty normal. They asked basic interview questions and confirmed I had a car and a license and could answer basic questions. It was pretty chill. Basically, just be a normal person and you will get hired.
- Do you own a car?
- Do you have a valid driver's license?
- Can you answer basic questions?
Chauffeur Livreur
- Why do you want to do this job?
Delivery Driver
The interview process was quick and they were accommodating with my schedule, even mentioning opportunities for advancement. The focus was on individual effort and hard work, not on competing with others. Management asked in-depth questions to figure out the best placement for me, considering my personal life.
- In a situation where a colleague calls out and the team is short-staffed on your day off, would you be willing to come in?
- Would you be willing to come in on your day off if called to cover for someone absent and the team is short-staffed?
