It was a pretty quick process, maybe not as thorough as it could be. The place felt unprofessional and they were understaffed when I was shadowing and training. I think they could make the process smoother and more organized because how they transferred knowledge to new reps was all over the place.

I first heard about this opportunity from a recruiter on LinkedIn who reached out about the role and if I knew anyone else for it. I recommended my best friend who got the job and is doing great, though I initially felt overwhelmed by the travel aspect. Now the role is open again and I'm going for it! I've just started and am heading to Baltimore for training on my first project. When my friend interviewed, it was a very fast process from interview to starting the job. My own interview process involved speaking with multiple nice and friendly people, followed by a compensation discussion where we agreed on a starting salary I'm happy with.

The interview process went well and was super easy. I was able to tell the manager about myself and what I was looking for within the team. They will ask about events that you have helped plan in the past. They asked me what "customer service" and "teamwork" mean to me. It was a very basic interview. Just show up.

I applied for a store manager position, and the initial phone call matched that. But when I went in for the in-person interview, they said there wasn't an actual store for me to manage right now. They were interviewing people to basically keep on standby. They offered me a different role, 'potential manager,' which was hourly and paid less. This job would involve working at different stores until a manager position opened up. When I asked about a timeframe, they mentioned 3 to 6 months, but were clear it could take longer.
