It was easy and fast. They got straight to the point about what they needed. I was hired right after, and the work culture at my location was good, unlike other places around here. The interview was in person, right at the front of the store where everyone could see.

Behavioral Other

The process is straightforward. Arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled time. Find an employee who isn't currently occupied and greet them, stating you're there for an interview. They will guide you on the next steps. Remember to smile; practicing beforehand can help. It's okay to feel nervous, but appearing friendly can be beneficial.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process went well and was super easy. I was able to tell the manager about myself and what I was looking for within the team. They will ask about events that you have helped plan in the past. They asked me what "customer service" and "teamwork" mean to me. It was a very basic interview. Just show up.
