District Manager
The interview process was really professional. First, I had a phone screen with the Regional Director. Then, there was a face-to-face interview. After that, I spoke with the Zone HR and finally the Zone VP Operations. It was a thorough process, and everyone was very polite and professional. They reviewed my resume and we talked about my accomplishments and skills. They were very open in answering all my questions about the company and the position.

District Manager
The first interview was with the district manager, and then upper management would decide if you get a second interview. The interview was held at the Annapolis store, where they had an office in the back. The district manager asked me a lot of questions, but she also answered all the questions I had, and I had many. I asked her to explain her day-to-day activities, and she mentioned she was responsible for ten stores.
- I was asked about my responsibilities as a district manager.
- I talked about the most difficult customer complaints I handled and how I managed them.
- She asked me to explain her day-to-day activities.
District Manager
The interview process was very short and very unprofessional. They push on what salary you would accept before the interview even really starts. I truly believe that experience doesn't matter much. They just want the guy that will accept the least amount of pay.
- What is your salary expectation?
- Can you accept 65% of your desired salary?
