First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dollar Tree.
Analyst
The interview process involved an initial phone chat with HR, followed by three rounds with supervisors. These rounds were a mix of online and in-person meetings. Most of the interviews were conversational, but there were also some technical parts. The supervisors were really knowledgeable, so expect to go into detail about every part of your resume.

The interview process was great and interesting. I was a bit surprised to see a position like this offered at Dollar General, but it went well. The recruiter seemed very knowledgeable about whether I was the right fit for the position.
