We had a technical round for about an hour, focused on a case study where I had to analyze sales data trends and come up with ways to improve things. There were some SQL queries and problems using Excel in different scenarios. The interviewer was professional and asked a lot of follow-up questions to really get into my thought process. Then there was a managerial round, lasting 45 minutes. This one was more about situational questions like how I'd handle conflicts, work when deadlines are tight, and manage projects involving different teams. They wanted to see my leadership skills and how well I can work with various teams.

I talked to the recruiter first, then I was supposed to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. But they never called or messaged me to reschedule. I reached out to the recruiter, and they let me pick a new time. I did the phone interview a few days later. They said I'd move to the final round and they'd contact me for a date. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard anything about the final interview. It was a really disorganized process, and I think they're just trying to hit metrics. I wouldn't recommend applying here.

The interview process for the Courier Guard position at DHL starts with an online application or via an agency. Then, they give a basic test on general knowledge and logistics. If you pass, they call you for an interview (virtual or in-person) where they ask about your experience, how you handle pressure, and your customer service skills. After that, you might do a short practical evaluation, like a delivery simulation. If everything goes well, they ask for your documents (references, ID, and license). Finally, they offer you the job with salary, benefits, and initial training.

The final stage was an in-person interview at DHL's London office. They gave me only two days to get ready for an 18-slide SEO audit on two websites and a marketing plan. I put a lot of work into it. After the interview, I heard nothing back even after emailing HR twice. It's a shame how little they respected my time and effort. They made me do interviews, research, a presentation, and travel, and then just ghosted me. It shows a lack of basic ethics. I'd advise others to really consider if they want to work for a company that thinks this is okay.
