The interview process involved 5 stages: first, an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion. Then came a personal interview, after which a psychometric test was administered. Finally, there was a last personal interview with the VP of Operations for India. Overall, the process was quite smooth, and the recruiting team kept me updated promptly.

The hiring process was really smooth. The HR person was super responsive and attentive. I also met with the hiring manager who asked me some basic technical questions about MS Office and Google Suite. They also wanted to know if I'd be up for their week-long onboarding training and if I was okay with potentially moving to different places and working extra hours.

I got a call from a headhunter, but the office wasn't local. They did a pre-screen. Then there was a second interview over the phone. After that, a third interview was set up at the local office. A fourth interview was scheduled for a few hours later. Then, a fifth interview was set up a few days after that. I was called in again for a sixth and seventh interview. Lastly, there was a final phone interview. So, eight interviews in total.
