Great, one of the best I've had! Interviews without unconscious biases, respectful recruiters, etc. The process is critical and fast, one of my best experiences! If all companies had this care, they also have an NPS to evaluate candidate satisfaction.

I'm managing and leading the supply chain operations for spares, from warehouse to users and back. I lead by example to ensure high discipline in process adherence by outsourcing warehouse ops to a 3PL. I manage customer-owned parts processes from receipts, quality inspection, issuance, returns, and dispatch. I also manage excess return spares from users back to the warehouse and process scrap materials for mutilation and disposition. I manage target inventory levels and space maximization, including flammable and chemical stores. I work with the operations supervisor to strengthen operations knowledge and capability of inhouse and 3PL staff. I do effective prioritization and deployment of resources like machines, people, and space to achieve output. I also do budget planning and monitoring of expenses to meet targets.

So initially I had a call with a recruiter, which was basically to check if I was open to other jobs and talk about my technical background. They then submitted my CV to the hiring manager. The second recruiter call was just to set up the onsite interview. The actual onsite was in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, and it was a 2-on-1 with a manager and a senior technical person. It was a good experience; the manager explained how the team works and what to expect, and the senior tech person asked about my software development preferences to see where I'd fit in. The whole thing felt like a casual chat to get to know me and for me to understand their team's culture.
