First, I did a video Sonru interview, which was pretty straightforward if you look it up beforehand. After that, I had a Zoom interview with two managers. They asked typical questions, and it felt a bit disconnected because they seemed uninterested. I never heard back after two weeks, so I assume I didn't get the job.

I applied online and had a phone interview. The person calling was nice and mentioned my cover letter got me this far. It was a really standard phone interview where they asked about my schooling and then my previous jobs. But then, weeks later, they told us (the other people applying for the job and me) that the person currently in the role was doing a good job and they weren't sure if they even needed to hire anyone else. We were pretty annoyed we wasted our time on a job that wasn't actually available.
