The interview process included an initial phone call where we discussed scheduling, had a general chat, and touched on basic knowledge of the role and industry, as well as how my own strengths align (emphasizing the ability to sell even when facing criticism). This was followed by an in-person meeting focusing on why I'm interested in DHL Express, the industry, and the position, my strengths and weaknesses, my expectations, a self-presentation based on my resume, and a chance for me to ask questions. The final stage was an assessment center which involved scheduling, sales planning, and three sales conversations, all with very short preparation times for each task.

HR reached out to schedule an interview. I then met with a committee, though the Country Manager left after about 5 minutes. I tried to follow up with HR regarding my application status, but they didn't respond to my email. Over two months later, I received an email regretting my application.

First, I had two phone screens. Then I did an in-person interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel presentation with three people on the panel. Then I had a 1 on 1 with the director of sales. It took about a week to get the offer, and then I had to do a background check and drug test.
