Had a few rounds with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and a VP. They all asked about my past experience and how it fits the job. It was pretty fast, but they didn't communicate much in between.

In the technical team interview, the position leader arrived 30 minutes late. The interview started with a guest. Everything flowed well initially, and I was able to present my work and sell my experience. However, when the position leader finally arrived 30 minutes late, it broke the mood of the session. They only asked a couple of questions and then closed the interview. I believe that for respect of candidates' time, decision-makers not arriving on time for an interview leaves much to be desired regarding their leadership and team management. On the other hand, the talent acquisition team doesn't provide timely follow-up, leaving weeks to communicate progress. In my case, after the technical interview, they stopped responding. DHL is ranked number 1 on the Great Place to Work list. In my situation, I was left waiting longer than expected by them, even closing hiring processes with other companies to prioritize this one.

There were two interviews. The first was a simpler one with just one manager, and the second, more detailed one, was with two managers. Everyone was really friendly, and I didn't feel like there were any games being played, or at least none that I noticed. Everything seemed to go really well.
