Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DHL Express.
Intern
The interview process was very smooth and the interviewer was very nice. There were only two rounds. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a 30-minute interview. They asked a lot of questions about my resume.
- Can you tell me about your previous experiences?
Intern
It was a physical, face-to-face interview. The pre-interview process was really smooth. The interviewer even came down to pick me up before we went up to the office to start. They were nice and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we began the actual interview. After it was all done, I got some really good insights.
- Were there technical questions asked?
- Were there scenario-based questions asked?
Intern
First, there's a short presentation about yourself. Then, you'll do a business case with a group of 9-10 people. After that, there's a one-hour individual test. Finally, the HR manager will call candidates one by one to meet with them and the line managers. The process isn't too difficult in terms of content, but it's pretty stressful because you'll be at the company for several hours to complete it all.
- Can you create an advertising slogan to describe yourself, highlighting your key characteristics?
