The recruiter call for this role was pretty disappointing. The recruiter seemed really disengaged and nonchalant from the very start. It felt like they were just going through the motions for the entire 45 minutes. I initially thought it might be something I did, but their attitude was like that from the beginning and only changed when I asked a question, which they didn't answer in any detail. Their responses were pulled straight from the pre-interview packet. When I asked if anything I said needed clarification, they looked caught off guard, quickly said no, and stated it was obvious I was qualified. Overall, it was a really disappointing interview experience.

It was all over the place. The recruiter made a point of being very pedantic, it was more of a lecture than an interview, negative in tone and hardly asked me anything about my experience or motivation. The location of the job is different than the posting, they changed it afterwards, but it says one city, and within the description it now lists another, which was not on the original job posting but still is confusing based off a search. The worst example was criticizing my resume length, telling me I needed to get it from 4 to 2 pages, when it was only 2. She showed me her screen, and it stated at the top, highlighted in bold color that the display length had altered the original format and length. She didn't even apologize after her mistake. Clearly, they don't respect people there, and it's probably all smoke in mirrors based on the reviews that say the number is unattainable, which leads me to believe that they sabotage or crush their AEs, give high numbers so they don't need to pay commissions, or most likely all of the above.

Good process, very structured. The interviewers asked really good questions and provided enough preparation material. I think I was a suitable candidate. However, my C1 level German was apparently not sufficient, as they were looking for someone with even better German skills, which is understandable. However, I would have preferred to receive this feedback in the first or second interview and not only in the final one. Nevertheless, thank you for the opportunity!

Don't even bother applying here. I had a screening call with the recruiter where they asked me a few questions, and I answered them. They even said my background was perfect for the position. Then, the next week, I got an email saying I didn't get the job, with no feedback. I tried contacting the recruiter multiple times, but they never responded and even blocked my number, so calls go straight to voicemail. It was a pathetic experience, so please don't waste your time.
