Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Darktrace.
Partner Marketing
The recruiter asked some good questions that made me feel like I was aligned with the role. But then at the end, the recruiter just abruptly ended the call saying "k, thanks, byee" without letting me respond. It really left a bad impression because even though not every interview results in an offer, people deserve basic courtesy.
- Can you tell me about a partner program that you managed and felt successful with?
Marketing Executive
It was a really fast process from start to finish. After the initial call with the recruiter, I got an offer in under two weeks. They asked pretty standard questions, and the recruiter even sent over the most common ones beforehand. They didn't cover interview expenses.
- Could you explain your interest in this particular position?
- What area of marketing do you see yourself focusing on in the future?
- Where do you envision yourself professionally in five years?
Marketing Executive
Applied through Guardian Jobs, and a recruiter reached out and recommended this role. I was offered an interview, which was one in-person meeting with the CMO and a marketing director. I got the job offer about a week after.
- Could you speak in French?
- Tell me about your marketing strategy experience.
- How have you handled hosting events?
