I was told there would be three interviews, but it ended up being four. First, a recruiter screen, then a manager interview, followed by two colleague interviews, and finally a Sales Manager interview. The first three parts felt good. But then I didn't hear back for three weeks, and then I was ghosted and had to do another interview. Technical issues came up in the last one, and then I just got a generic rejection email with no specific feedback about my soft skills or engagement, which made no sense. I wouldn't suggest wasting your time here.

It started with a recruiter call where I was asked to introduce myself. The recruiter then sent my resume for approval by the Hiring Manager, who would either approve or deny moving forward. After that, there was a technical assignment that took only 2 hours. The final stage was with the Hiring Manager, which involved both behavioral and technical questions, followed by another round with the recruiter.

I did a video interview for a Junior Analyst position at Darktrace. It went well, and the recruiter seemed to like my answers. They said they'd pass my profile to management and let me know about the next steps. But then I got an email saying I didn't make it to the next round. They suggested staying in touch for future jobs. I was bummed and asked for feedback on how I could improve, but they never replied, which was weird after they seemed impressed at first.
