The first two interviews were mainly about checking if you're a good fit for the company. They asked typical questions like why you want to work there, to explain something quickly, and about a time you handled a work problem. The final interview was technical with three engineers. It was a bit awkward doing it over Teams because they kept interrupting each other.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process had three stages. First, I had an initial chat with HR where they asked good questions and gave detailed info on benefits. Second, I interviewed with the head of software, focusing more on my personality and past experience, no technical stuff. Third, it was a tough technical interview with the product lead, covering lots of topics like async coding, multiprocessing, decorators, and OOP. While there was live coding, it was good there weren't any algorithm questions. Everything went smoothly, and I got the offer just a few hours after the last round.

Behavioral

They said it was just a chat, not really an interview. It felt more like a sales pitch for the company, with them asking me questions now and then. By the end, they basically said I was moving on to the next part of the real interview process and I'd hear back soon. I didn't hear anything for 12 days, so I emailed for an update and just got a standard rejection email back.
