This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I've had. I went through a recruiter and had two rounds for one role, only to be told I'd be a better fit for a different role. I interviewed for another two rounds for this new role (all in London), with the final round being with an executive board member. Feedback was positive, and I was told an offer was coming, but then there was complete silence and ghosting from HR. This happened after the process had already taken over two months, which was quite upsetting.

This was supposed to be an urgent hire. I got an email saying I was selected and was asked for my documents. Then, a week later, I received a rejection email without any explanation, even though I had emailed them asking for clarification and mentioned I had resigned from my current job. This has been a major setback and I'm going through a tough time because of it.

So I had this really unfortunate experience with Intertrust Group, which is now CSC. I went through four interviews and they told me I got the job. I sent them all the documents they asked for, but then no offer letter came. I've tried contacting HR for two weeks and no one's getting back to me. They even told me not to bother looking for other jobs, which I did, and now I'm just confused and kind of upset because they rejected me. It's weird because they gave me different reasons for not hiring me. One time they said senior management wasn't ready, another time they said I didn't have enough experience and asked for too much money. Makes me wonder if they even properly reviewed my application before interviewing me. It's important to communicate clearly, especially when hiring. It's also strange that HR doesn't seem to know company policies or why they rescinded the offer. And their understanding of market value for compensation seems really outdated. Honestly, don't waste too much time with them, and keep looking for other jobs, because there's no guarantee you'll get an offer.
