I applied through LinkedIn and the Talent Acquisition Partner reached out to me for a video call interview. It was in July 2022. They said they would get back to me later, but I never heard from them. It felt disrespectful. I don't recommend this company.

It was pretty easy, first an HR phone interview, then I met with the sales manager and the VP of sales on the same day. I made sure to bring client testimonials and metrics to prove I'm the real deal. The offer came pretty fast after that.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied for a job and got an initial recruiter call to discuss my background and fit. Before that interview, another recruiter sent me a rejection for a role I didn't remember applying for. I confirmed my original call was still happening and spoke with a professional recruiter who asked standard questions. Then, I had a phone interview with a different team manager that went well. After that, I was given a mock-proposal pitch assignment: a 10-slide PowerPoint to present in under 10 minutes. Next, I had a "final interview" with the hiring manager, which I felt I nailed. However, I found the hiring manager a bit unfocused, using incorrect words and making grammatical errors in follow-up emails. I wasn't sure if I'd accept the job even if offered due to the manager's apparent lack of skill. After sending thank-yous and following up, I was told my interview was the first of many, and I'd hear back in a week or two, which seemed to contradict the "final interview" label. The overall candidate experience was poor (2/10), bumpy, and vague. Friends at the company say management is disorganized and often changes direction, which matches my experience. They seem to prefer hiring less experienced internal candidates over external hires, possibly to find "easier" fits instead of the "best" ones.
