Solutions Manager
This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I've had. I went through a recruiter and had two rounds for one role, only to be told I'd be a better fit for a different role. I interviewed for another two rounds for this new role (all in London), with the final round being with an executive board member. Feedback was positive, and I was told an offer was coming, but then there was complete silence and ghosting from HR. This happened after the process had already taken over two months, which was quite upsetting.
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
- Can you share an instance of handling a challenging client relationship?
- What are your key strengths?
Manager
The interview process began positively with an enthusiastic recruiter who advanced my application to the hiring manager. After completing three interviews and following up on my candidate status, I received absolutely no response from the recruiter or the company, which was unacceptable. The offered salary was also on the lower end.
- What specific skills do you possess that would be valuable for this position?
- Would you be comfortable with a work arrangement requiring three days in the office per week?
Manager
The interview process was pretty informal. There were six interviews, each lasting thirty minutes, with different leaders. The first round was two hours long and involved four different employees. The second round was an hour with two different leaders. I got an offer a week or less after the second round interviews.
- Focus on the company's core values.
