I found out about this opportunity through a friend and started the process. Initially, I was contacted via LinkedIn for an online interview. They then offered the option of an in-person interview in Madrid or via Teams. Since I'm currently working, I opted for the online interview.

The interviewer didn’t give a clear picture of the work done. JD and actual work doesn’t match. Interviewers are liars. Overhiring in almost all verticals. Work flow is low. They make professionals do work that a 12 pass could also do as a part-time job.
