The entire process was handled by an external HR team. The position was for a person with a disability (PCD). My experience throughout the process was very friendly and transparent, well managed with clear and fast responses and deadlines. Nothing to complain about. The first conversation was a group session, very direct, but unfortunately, I didn't advance to the next stage for the conversation with the hiring manager.

The interview process started off pretty smoothly and was straightforward. However, the final stage of the interview process was a really bad experience. The unit manager (Cvel) reached out to me around noon and urgently requested an interview with the regional manager for 3 PM the same day. I had a tight schedule but I rearranged everything to make it. But, about 10 minutes after confirming the time, I got a message saying I wasn't selected - without any explanation or feedback. They lacked clarity, consideration, and professionalism in this last step. It really felt like my time wasn't valued.

First, I had an online interview with HR, where I was informed about the job duties. The interviewer was relaxed and asked about personal aspects, my professional background, and questions about the role I was applying for. After the HR interview, an interview was scheduled with two managers, two regionals, one who seemed to be my direct manager and another from a different region. One of them looked unhappy with life, with the world, and didn't want to be there, I could tell from his expression even before the interview started, he had a heavy look. During the interview, I tried to ask questions about the role to one of them, and the answers were short and direct. The questions directed at me were about my professional journey and initially about my personal profile. The interviews were conducted in October 2024, and after a week, I questioned the HR manager about the position's progress via WhatsApp. He read the message but didn't reply. I didn't get any response via email, message, letter, or telegram!
