Sales Executive
The interview process started off pretty smoothly and was straightforward. However, the final stage of the interview process was a really bad experience. The unit manager (Cvel) reached out to me around noon and urgently requested an interview with the regional manager for 3 PM the same day. I had a tight schedule but I rearranged everything to make it. But, about 10 minutes after confirming the time, I got a message saying I wasn't selected - without any explanation or feedback. They lacked clarity, consideration, and professionalism in this last step. It really felt like my time wasn't valued.

New Business Executive
The interview with this dynamic company was relaxed. I did it online and really liked it. The managers were prepared. The process included an interview, approval, background check, and hiring. The HR team is very competent. I really liked it. The interview lasted 40 minutes, I felt heard and there was no pressure.

Sales Executive
It started with a phone screening. Then, they invited me to the company for an in-person interview. They asked pretty straightforward questions, mainly looking for examples of how I've handled situations in previous jobs, so having prior experience is definitely a plus.
