First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Claro.
Analista
I was contacted through the Gupy platform for an interview. The stages were: An initial chat with HR to confirm salary expectations, availability, and alignment with Claro's values. A behavioral mapping test, and an interview with the Manager to verify technical knowledge. The whole process took about a week.
- Tell me about yourself, covering both personal and professional aspects.
Systems Analyst
First, there's a group interview with both HR and IT folks. If you pass that, the next step is an interview with the IT department head you're applying to, where they dive deeper into technical stuff. After that, it's just HR finalizing things and a psychometric test.
- Tell me about projects you've been involved in, your role, the challenges you faced, and how you overcame them.
IT Analyst
When I arrived for the interview, the HR team greeted me and guided me through the process. The initial vibe was welcoming, making it a comfortable space to start. The HR team highlighted key aspects of the company and clarified important points about the role. The phone interview covered questions about my motivation for the role, my past experiences, and technical skills. The questions were challenging but fair, allowing me to showcase my practical experience. During this stage, I also learned more about the specific challenges the IT team faces. A practical assessment was a key part of the process, giving me a unique chance to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. The subsequent interviews with the team and senior management were also very informative. I got to better understand the team dynamics, the company's expectations, and how my role would fit into the work environment. Getting the job offer was an exciting moment. The HR team provided detailed information about compensation, benefits, and role expectations. The transparency throughout the entire process was notable and boosted my confidence in accepting the offer. Overall, the interview experience was positive and professional. Each stage was designed to evaluate specific skills and ensure a good match between the company's expectations and my own career goals. I'm eager to contribute to [Company Name]'s success and join their dynamic IT team.
