First, I had an online interview with HR, where I was informed about the job duties. The interviewer was relaxed and asked about personal aspects, my professional background, and questions about the role I was applying for. After the HR interview, an interview was scheduled with two managers, two regionals, one who seemed to be my direct manager and another from a different region. One of them looked unhappy with life, with the world, and didn't want to be there, I could tell from his expression even before the interview started, he had a heavy look. During the interview, I tried to ask questions about the role to one of them, and the answers were short and direct. The questions directed at me were about my professional journey and initially about my personal profile. The interviews were conducted in October 2024, and after a week, I questioned the HR manager about the position's progress via WhatsApp. He read the message but didn't reply. I didn't get any response via email, message, letter, or telegram!

It was a 2 stage process - psychological and technical. In the psychological stage, I was questioned a lot about the offered salary since I had a very good previous experience. In the technical stage, I think I didn't do well with the questionnaire they asked me to fill out.
