Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Claro.
Sales Consultant
I applied on the company's website and also reached out to people I know from the company who I've worked with before. I had an interview with the area manager and was hired right after.
- Tell me about your previous role at your last company.
Sales Consultant
It's not really an interview, more like a 3-day trial period where people are let go. After that, you're required to make sales before they'll hire you. If you're still around after seeing the office quality or discovering the state of the bathroom, it becomes a matter of survival to stay and work there.
- Describe your approach to selling the given plan.
Sales Consultant
The process was dynamic with a presentation, tests, and both individual and group interviews. It was quite bureaucratic concerning document evaluation, especially checking for any negative marks on your CPF, as they discriminate against those with outstanding debts.
- What is your objective?
- What is your area for improvement?
