Reinsurance Analyst
I had a phone interview first where they asked standard questions about company culture, salary expectations, and scheduling. After that, I moved on to a Zoom interview. This part involved typical behavioral questions, discussions about the company, my strengths and weaknesses, and my motivation for applying for this specific position. Overall, it was a pretty interesting interview process.

AI Engineer
This was the worst interview experience I've ever had, truly unprofessional and disorganized. I received an offer for Associate AI Engineer within the Technology Associate Program (TAP). Although I met them at Grace Hopper, they got my interview time wrong, forcing a reschedule. The recruiter had minimal information about the role. Follow-up was slow, and after completing a stage, there was a period of silence despite my attempts to reach out. They eventually contacted me for a final round interview. I provided my availability, but the confirmation with the time and format only came the night before. The interview included content not mentioned in the job description or by the recruiter, and the technical part felt poorly planned. I didn't hear back for several weeks about the offer, which was delivered over the phone. Coordinating with my recruiter was difficult until we had a call to finalize the offer. They repeatedly asked if I was interviewing elsewhere or considering other offers, which felt unprofessional. I had one week to accept the offer. The offer letter lacked benefits information, requiring a separate request. I confirmed with the recruiter if the start date was flexible and asked to postpone it. During a call the day before my deadline, they indicated the team was fine with my requested start date. However, on the deadline day, they stated the team would not accommodate it. When I asked about an alternative timeframe, I got no response. I proposed an earlier date, but they responded they couldn't accommodate that either, which they interpreted as a decline and rescinded the offer the same day. They lied and then withdrew the offer based on their lie.

Production Engineer
My overall experience with Chubb during the hiring process was really good. The HR people were super professional, quick to respond, and really nice every time we talked. They kept me updated clearly and on time, and I felt like they valued my time. Even though I didn't get an offer in the end, they called me personally to let me know, which is pretty unusual these days. It showed me how professional and respectful they are as a company. So, even without an offer, I still have a great impression of Chubb. It seems like they have a company culture that’s all about being open, polite, and treating people well. I really liked how they handled things and would be open to working with them again in the future.
- Could you describe your current job responsibilities?
Associate Software Engineer
The whole process consisted of 1 assessment with 5 leetcode questions of medium and hard difficulty, and 2 interview rounds. The first round was purely technical, where they asked me to live code a graph question, and also asked about my projects and some ML questions. Round 2 was much more difficult, they went very deep into my projects and asked me SDE2 level questions.
- Live code number of islands (graph question)
- ML and DL basics
- Project and DSA
