Behavioral Technical

The process was great. It started with a recruiter phone screen where they get to know you and give info about the CAP program. Then, there were three individual video interviews: one with the hiring manager, one with a team member, and one with an executive.

Technical

The first technical interview (L1) involved tech questions about SQL, Java, and DBMS. They were pretty basic, so just review the fundamentals. I also discussed my projects, so make sure you know your resume inside out. I didn't attend the second round (L2).

Behavioral Technical Case

At Chubb, the interview process is usually quite drawn out. After an initial HR interview, expect behavioral and technical questions relevant to the role. Subsequent interviews, potentially the 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th, might involve a panel discussion or more in-depth technical and case-based assessments. It's not an easy interview process; they're looking for individuals who are motivated, disciplined, keen to learn, and have a long-term interest in insurance.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance when you felt overwhelmed by your workload?
  • Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a decision made by management. What was the outcome and how did you approach it?
