I applied for the job and about a month later the recruiter called me, it wasn't scheduled. We talked about my background, the job, and pay. A few days after that, they called back to set up an onsite interview with the hiring manager, which was a few days later. The hiring manager was really nice and easy to talk to, it felt more like a conversation and I think we both learned a lot. But then, I got ghosted after that, and my follow-up emails weren't answered. It was a bummer after an otherwise good experience.

It was a smooth and quick process. I first talked to HR and then the hiring manager. I was really impressed with their process and professionalism. I would highly recommend Chubb to a friend.

The interview process was really long, taking about 4-5 months from start to finish. They would schedule an interview time and then change it, requiring me to rearrange my other commitments. Some of the video interviews had a strange setup where only I had to turn on my camera, not the interviewers, which felt disrespectful. The HR person was unprofessional and called me greedy for stating my salary expectations. Overall, it was not a good experience.
