First interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager via video call, followed by a second interview with two managers and the site's HR representative, also via video call. The discussion was engaging, covering my background and what I'm seeking. The team seemed supportive, and I received constructive feedback on why my application was not selected.

First, there was a phone interview with HR. Then, I had a team interview with the Hiring manager. Finally, I went for an onsite interview where I met with three team members and the hiring manager. During the onsite, they talked about the job and where the company stands now. Some questions were asked, including ones about technical skills.

The interview process is pretty standard post-covid: first a recruiter phone screen, then a hiring manager Teams call, and finally an on-site round-based interview. They scheduled the on-site for several hours back to back. It was a bit of a mess, only 1 out of 4 interviewers showed up on time. The rest were 20 minutes late for our 30 minute slots or didn't show at all. They asked me to stay for hours after the scheduled time or come back another day to finish, which I couldn't do.

You probably started with a quick chat with someone from HR or a recruiter. They might've asked about your background, if you're into this job, what your salary hopes are, and when you could start. Then, you likely met with Gil Lewis and Tisha Leake, and maybe some other folks from the QC team. They probably wanted to chat about your technical chops in areas like testing bugs, keeping things from getting contaminated, and making sure stuff is sterile. They'd also want to know if you know your way around cGMP, GLP, and the rules for QC labs. Expect some questions about working with others, solving problems, and what you do when things go wrong or results are weird. They might also ask how you do when you gotta work alone or with a group in a busy place. And they could throw in some 'what if' scenarios about fixing QC problems and figuring out why they happened.
