I had four interviews total. Two were with HR, one with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with five managers from different departments. They asked me questions about my experience and the responses needed to be technical. The whole thing took about a month and a half.

So, I had this initial recruiter call, but they didn't even show up on time and had to reschedule for the next day super last minute. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager, and honestly, they seemed super desperate to get someone on their team. The final step involved interviews with two management folks. It was a total of 4 interviews. They kept saying how great my background was and how much my past experiences would benefit their team. I really thought I was going to get an offer, but then... crickets. They never even responded to my thank you emails. Seriously, all that time could have been spent applying elsewhere.
