Quality Associate
I went through a few interview rounds with different teams. Everyone was really nice and they kept me updated on how things were going.
- Can you share an example of a situation you encountered previously?
- Can you provide an instance where you had to deal with a difficult coworker?
- Could you describe a time you made an error and the steps you took to address it?
Associate
I had an on-campus interview after talking to GOLD at a career fair. Two current GOLD Associates interviewed me. They seemed exhausted and uninterested, and didn't even have my resume. I had copies of my resume with me. The questions were pretty easy, mostly behavioral, so I talked about how I handled situations and showed my leadership skills. One interviewer asked most of the questions, the other seemed spaced out. When I asked them questions, they just listed their responsibilities and how challenging it was, which wasn't appealing and made them seem like they lacked passion. They struggled to answer how the role helps their long-term career. Overall, I didn't like how they represented themselves or the company. I got an email a week and a half later saying I didn't make it to the second round.
- How would you prioritize your tasks and manage your workload? Also, how do you handle challenging communication with colleagues?
Associate
First there was a screen call, the interviewer was really nice, with typical interview questions like: why did you choose your studies, why are you interested in the position, do you have some leadership experience,... Then I had a second skype interview and now I'm invited to the final interview at the company location. The recruitment process is quite fast.
- Tell me about your leadership experience.
