I had a good first phone interview with the recruiters. Then I had a panel interview the next week with 4 people, 30 minutes each, interviewing separately. The first interviewer was more specific and did okay. The next two were easier. The last one was harder, asking more specific project management questions. It was productive but a bit uncomfortable. They mentioned the company is investing a lot in the business, and a lot of things that had been neglected for years are being addressed. The role itself was neglected for a while, so the organization is disorganized. I was scheduled for a surprise 4th interview the following week. I prepared a lot for it, even waking up early. When I got online, I waited for the interviewer. After 15 minutes, no one showed up, so I contacted recruiting. I got an email that the interview was canceled last minute and they asked for new dates. The next day, another email said the surprise interview was canceled for now and to wait for updates. Then I got an automated email saying they chose other candidates, but they didn't specify which Project Manager role since I applied to several. I was really excited about the role and the project, but the interview process and the company's transition to improve processes made me realize how messy things are. Sigh...

I first talked to HR at my college career fair. Then I got an email within 2 weeks for a phone interview with another HR person. After that, I had 3 one-on-one interviews with 3 project managers from the location I applied to. About 2-3 weeks later, I got a call about my offer.

I had a phone screen with HR first. The next week, I interviewed with the hiring manager over the phone for about 30 minutes. I followed up 1.5 weeks later and got an email saying they hired someone else.
