I had a medium-difficulty interview with several people. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my experiences, and answer specific questions about the role and my professional skills.

You probably started with a quick chat with someone from HR or a recruiter. They might've asked about your background, if you're into this job, what your salary hopes are, and when you could start. Then, you likely met with Gil Lewis and Tisha Leake, and maybe some other folks from the QC team. They probably wanted to chat about your technical chops in areas like testing bugs, keeping things from getting contaminated, and making sure stuff is sterile. They'd also want to know if you know your way around cGMP, GLP, and the rules for QC labs. Expect some questions about working with others, solving problems, and what you do when things go wrong or results are weird. They might also ask how you do when you gotta work alone or with a group in a busy place. And they could throw in some 'what if' scenarios about fixing QC problems and figuring out why they happened.

The interview process was pretty thorough and included a good mix of people. The panel had my potential manager, the director of Quality, and another director from Operations. They all asked questions that made sense for the job.
