HM joined pretty late, waited almost 10mins before beginning. HR was kind enough to accommodate. The HM expects us to share video and screen but never shares their own camera, which I find rude. They need someone hands-on, better appear for OCA/OCP. Unclear questions. No hints to drive the conversation, leading nowhere. Either you know their answers what they are looking for or you don't.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process involved an unscheduled phone call with HR for some motivational questions. Following that, there was a competency/motivational interview with a team member. Finally, a case study interview was conducted, presenting a scenario typical to the business area. My case study involved analyzing a graph to identify cost and profit drivers. It was challenging as it required specific industry knowledge that is hard to anticipate without prior experience.

I had two interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. The first one was with two Operations managers. They asked behavioral questions, like how I'd handle a tight deadline. There were also questions about AI, such as which AI model I'd implement to solve a problem and how I use AI. The last question was about accounting and where to record something. The second interview was with two VPs. It was easier, focusing more on my CV. They also asked behavioral questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview process generally went smoothly and was mostly behavioral. Questions focused on past experiences, handling challenges, and teamwork. I felt good explaining my thought process and giving real examples, making the conversation engaging. There were a couple of instances where I could have been more concise or structured, but I think I explained my experiences well and showed real interest in the job. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good chance to show my strengths and professional development.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • How do you handle prioritizing tasks when facing multiple deadlines?
  • Can you share an experience where you managed a significant workload?
  • Can you describe a time you went the extra mile?
