Behavioral Technical

The interview process generally went smoothly and was mostly behavioral. Questions focused on past experiences, handling challenges, and teamwork. I felt good explaining my thought process and giving real examples, making the conversation engaging. There were a couple of instances where I could have been more concise or structured, but I think I explained my experiences well and showed real interest in the job. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good chance to show my strengths and professional development.

I got in through campus recruitment in my last semester of MBA and the interview went very well. The first round was an aptitude test which was quite decent, not too hard or easy, and once you clear that, it's smooth sailing from there on. Then there was a group discussion which consisted of around 15 people. They just took whoever was talking, irrespective of their flow of communication. Then finally, there was a financial round where they asked questions related to the company and how I would be of use to them and what I know about the company and how I can contribute myself to them.
