The interview process was nice and smooth, lasting about 20-25 minutes. It involved questions about finance and aptitude. There was only one person on the panel for the technical interview. The process was generally good and also required filling out a form for applying, which wasn't too tedious.

Technical Coding

It was an on-campus recruitment drive with a total of two rounds. The first round focused entirely on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), where three questions were posed. The second round was a mix of topics. Some candidates faced questions related to their resumes, along with standard questions on Database Management Systems (DBMS), Operating Systems (OS), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs). In my case, the interviewer asked a question that involved applying DSA concepts.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a brief 10-minute initial phone call. This call included questions in both Polish and English, covering basic motivation and some technical aspects of the work. Following this, I was scheduled for a more in-depth interview, approximately 45 minutes long, conducted via Teams with the team leader. During this second interview, some technical details about the nature of the work differed from what was stated in the job offer and mentioned during the initial call. They also mentioned at the beginning that most positions were already filled, and they were looking to hire only one more person.

  • Could you tell me which MS Excel formulas you are familiar with?
