The interview was about an hour long and was completely technical. No behavioral or situational questions were asked. We talked about how payments, accruals, and receivables are booked and processed. We also covered how Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated and reconciled.

The hiring manager and team will then set up interviews with your potential manager and teammates. These can be in-person at a Citi office or virtual over video call. Then there's a final interview.
