The hiring manager interviewed me, followed by reference checks and a background check. After that, I got the job offer. This company interviewed me for multiple different open positions and it felt like a waste of time each time. It seemed like they already had someone picked from within and were just interviewing me to fulfill a requirement. Some of the management was rude and unprofessional, even mocking me. Another hiring manager had me do a sample exercise that represented the job, which took many hours, only to tell me they went with someone internal even though my work was better. Why waste my time? I won't apply again.
